Shipping:
I ship via Chit Chats express (which utilize Canada Post, Courier and International shipping partners).
USA CUSTOMERS: As of August 29, 2025, I’ve paused shipments to the United States until there’s a reliable way to collect and remit the required U.S. tariffs (such as through USPS). Thank you so much for your patience—hopefully this will be resolved soon!
Small underweight (and size) orders within Canada ship via Canada Post regular mail (Stamp) with no tracking.
Estimated shipping times
Canada: 5-10 business days
United States: 1-2 weeks
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-3 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them as its out of my hands once its in the mail.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Additionally I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
