You will have the option to check out and pay via Shopify, Credit card or PayPal direct. Payment is due upon checkout.

Shipping:

I ship via Chit Chats express (which utilize Canada Post, Courier and International shipping partners).

Small underweight (and size) orders within Canada ship via Canada Post regular mail (Stamp) with no tracking.

Estimated shipping times

Canada: 5-10 business days
United States: 1-2 weeks (Delivered duties and tariffs pre paid.)
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-3 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them as its out of my hands once its in the mail. 

Customs and import taxes International:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Additionally I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

USA: I ship DDP (delivered duties paid) to the USA.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Im open to returns if there is a valid reason for it. And of course I will replace a defective item once. Just message me with info!!
